Shipping policy

Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days.  Currently only UK deliveries are possible.

Our Postal Rates

• Orders up to £24.99 - £2.49 postage
  
• Orders over £25.00: Free postage

If you require goods for a specific date, please contact us and we will try to arrange this for you but please bear in mind there may be a small additional cost for special deliveries.

Once you have received your dispatch notification, please do allow up to 5 working days for your parcel to arrive.

We use Royal Mail, Evri or DPD to send parcels.  Please note that any issues or delays with couriers are out of our control.  We cannot issue refunds for delays caused by our courier.  We cannot resend items which are already in transit.

In rare cases we may be out of stock of an item, if this happens we will notify you as soon as possible.
